Florence + The Ice Cream

Catherine Carroll worked with restaurant owner Dana Moreau as interior designer and artist for Florence + the Ice Cream, a gourmet ice cream shop. Designed in November 2019 - January 2020, the business plans were put on hold in light of the pandemic and will be revisited Summer 2021.
